6. Order Placement and Confirmation

Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A binding contract between you and Homeful Style is formed only when we send you an order dispatch confirmation via email or SMS.
Homeful Style reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in situations involving payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We offer returns and refunds for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for return.
Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and completing a quality inspection.

Homeful Style shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or restrictions, wars, civil unrest, power failures, internet or telecommunication outages, courier strikes, or port disruptions.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take all reasonable steps to minimise the impact on your order.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 15 days and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
