SHIPPING POLICY

At Homeful Style, we take genuine care to ensure that every order reaches your home safely, securely, and on time. We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners who follow industry-standard handling and delivery practices.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Homeful Style ships to most serviceable locations within India. You can check if your pincode is serviceable at checkout.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value, delivery location, and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above Rs. 1,499. Orders below this threshold will attract a shipping fee as displayed at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD handling fee of Rs. 49 applies, in addition to any applicable shipping charge.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are inclusive of applicable GST and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. There are no surprises.
  • Free shipping and other offers may be communicated during promotional periods and will be stated clearly.

2. Delivery Process

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Here is what happens next:

  • Each item is carefully inspected for quality, packaging integrity, and labelling before dispatch.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Once dispatched, orders are handed to our reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket network, BlueDart, or similar) for delivery.
  • Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery to metros and Tier-1 cities is typically faster, within 3 to 5 business days. Tier-2/Tier-3 cities and remote locations may take up to 7 business days.
  • Homeful Style shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or external circumstances beyond our control.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods such as sales, festivals, and promotions. We will communicate any known delays via email or SMS.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS to your registered contact.
  • You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link or through the courier partner's website.

4. Delivery and Package Inspection

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.
  • Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during business hours.
  • Upon delivery, we strongly advise you to inspect the package before accepting it.
  • If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at hello@homefulstyle.com.
  • Any issue noticed at the time of delivery or after opening must be reported within 24 hours, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

5. Failed Deliveries and Return to Origin (RTO)

We understand that life happens. However, the following situations may result in a Return to Origin (RTO):

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at the time of order.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts (typically 3 attempts) with no one available to receive.
  • Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason.

In RTO situations, the following applies:

  • For prepaid orders: After the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected, a refund of the product value will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, after deducting applicable two-way shipping and handling charges.
  • For COD orders: No refund is applicable for RTOs on COD orders, as payment was not made in advance.
  • Re-shipping of an RTO order may be arranged at the customer's request, subject to fresh shipping charges.
  • Homeful Style reserves the right to restrict or suspend COD for customers with a repeated RTO history.
