RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Homeful Style, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We take pride in the quality of every product we make, and we stand behind it. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
Return Window
We accept returns and process refunds for products purchased on www.homefulstyle.com within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following must apply:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
- Any manufacturing defect or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a mandatory unboxing video (see below).
- Return or refund requests must be raised within the 7-day return window.
Please note: Products that have been washed, used, or altered in any manner will not be eligible for return or refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This must be:
- A clear, continuous video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.
- Capturing the outer packaging condition and all contents inside.
- Submitted to hello@homefulstyle.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Important: In the absence of an unboxing video, we will be unable to process a refund or replacement for damage or defect claims.
2. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
Step 1: Contact Us
Write to us at hello@homefulstyle.com or call +91 92174 49993 with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Order number and date of purchase.
- A clear reason for the return or refund request.
- Photographs (3 to 4 clear images of the product, outer packaging with shipping label visible, and any relevant damage).
- Unboxing video, which is mandatory for damage, defect, or missing item claims.
Step 2: Review
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
- Homeful Style reserves the right to request additional information or a product inspection before approval.
Step 3: Refund
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number for you to provide bank details.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. For all change-of-mind or other returns, shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or with any active offer or discount applied, unless received damaged or defective.
- Customised or specially ordered products, unless received damaged or defective.
- Products in the hygiene category (such as pillow inserts, mattress protectors, and filled cushions) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Only defective or damaged claims are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us, return shipping is fully covered by Homeful Style.
- For all other reasons (such as a change of mind or a size or colour mismatch), the customer will be required to bear the return shipping charges.
- For transit damage or incorrect delivery, photographic and video proof must be submitted before return shipping arrangements are made.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products that are unused, in original condition, and within the 7-day return window. To initiate an exchange:
- Follow the same process as a return request (refer to Section 2 above).
- Clearly mention that you would prefer an exchange and specify the replacement product or variant.
- Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard shipping policy.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before warehouse dispatch by contacting our support team at hello@homefulstyle.com or +91 92174 49993. The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the time of receipt, after which the standard return policy will apply. Refunds in such cases will be for the product value only; original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Bulk or Special Orders
Bulk or specially ordered products may attract a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value, depending on the production or order status at the time of the cancellation request. Our support team will communicate the applicable fee before confirming the cancellation.
